Orders placed Mon-Fri before noon will be shipped in 2 to 3 days. Orders placed Mon-Fri after noon will be shipped in 2 to 3 days. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped in 2 to 3 days.
We will gladly exchange & refund unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on vchelabel.com. All products must be returned in it's original packaging, all tags must be attached. Exchanges/refunds must be received within 10 days of delivery. No exchanges will be accepted after 10 days. Please note that we do not issue prepaid return shipping labels, and you will be responsible for all return shipping fees. We do not accept and will not process international returns.
